                        Covenant Partnership

Greater Harvest Network of Churches and Ministries (GHNCM)

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Covenant Partner with the Greater Harvest Network of Churches and Ministries (GHNCM).

GHNCM is a fellowship of ministries and leaders representing various races, cultures, genders, and social backgrounds. Through our diversity, we seek to reach communities around the world with the transforming message of Jesus Christ.

Our mission is to minister to people where they are, disciple believers in the knowledge of God, and strengthen churches through fellowship, accountability, and spiritual covering.

This information will help you understand what it means to become a Covenant Partner and the expectations associated with joining this fellowship.

What is Covenant Partnership?

Covenant Partnership is a mutual agreement between two individuals or groups that involves promises and commitments from each party.

In Scripture, covenant is one of the most important theological principles. Throughout the Bible, God established covenants with His people—promising His blessing while calling them to faithfulness and obedience.

For example, when God made a covenant with Abraham, He promised to bless Abraham’s descendants and make them His chosen people. In return, Abraham was called to remain faithful to God and serve as a channel of blessing to the world. (Genesis 12:1–3)

In a similar spirit, Covenant Partnership within GHNCM represents a commitment to walk together in unity, accountability, and Kingdom purpose.

Spiritual Covering and Fellowship

As a Covenant Partner, you share in the spiritual covering and apostolic fellowship of the Greater Harvest Network of Churches and Ministries.

Bishop Dr. Isaiah W. Mackey, as Presiding Prelate, commits to covering Covenant Partners in prayer and providing spiritual leadership, guidance, and encouragement.

In return, Covenant Partners commit to supporting the mission, vision, and values of both their local ministry and the Greater Harvest Network where those visions align in advancing the Kingdom of God.

Government and Structure

GHNCM operates with a biblical and strategic structure for ministry leadership.

At the head of the Church is the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the true owner and foundation of the Church. The Holy Spirit governs and guides the work of the ministry on Earth.

Within the earthly structure of GHNCM, leadership is provided through the office of the Presiding Prelate.

Currently, the network is led by: Bishop Dr. Isaiah W. Mackey-Presiding Prelate

The Presiding Prelate serves as the senior leader responsible for:

  • Seeking God for vision and direction

  • Devoting himself to prayer and the Word of God

  • Equipping believers for the work of ministry

  • Guiding the spiritual development of the network

Supporting the Presiding Prelate is a team of leaders and ministry workers who assist in fulfilling the mission of GHNCM.

The Pastoral Care Ministry provides:

  • Spiritual guidance

  • Counseling and encouragement

  • Support for families and ministry leaders

  • Assistance in meeting the needs of the fellowship

Expectations of Covenant Partners

Covenant Partnership requires commitment, integrity, and spiritual maturity. Those who partner with GHNCM are expected to uphold the following principles:

1. Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ

All Covenant Partners should maintain a genuine and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

2. Active Participation

Partners are encouraged to serve in at least one area of ministry based on their spiritual gifts and availability. Training will be provided when necessary.

3. Prayer Commitment

Partners should pray regularly for:

  • The nation

  • The Greater Harvest Network

  • Bishop Mackey and the leadership team

  • The ministries and missions connected to the network

4. Financial Support

Covenant Partners are encouraged to support the network through monthly partnership contributions of $100.

These funds assist with:

  • Musicians

  • Guest speakers

  • Ministry events

  • Church rental expenses

  • Mission efforts

However, if someone is unable to contribute financially, this should not prevent them from participating in fellowship and ministry.

5. Christian Character

Partners are expected to treat others with:

  • Respect

  • Love

  • Mercy

  • Grace

  • Compassion

6. Godly Conduct

Covenant Partners should strive to reflect the character of Jesus Christ both inside and outside the fellowship.

7. Unity with Leadership

Partners are expected to support and encourage leadership, maintaining unity within the network and avoiding actions or speech that would undermine the ministry.

8. Financial Stewardship

Partners should strive to be responsible stewards of their personal finances and the resources God has entrusted to them.

9. Protecting the Integrity of the Ministry

Covenant Partners should seek to live in a way that honors Christ and brings no reproach upon the ministry.

GHNCM is a team ministry, and it is only through partnership and unity that God will receive the glory for what is accomplished.

Fellowship, Not Control

By entering Covenant Partnership, you acknowledge that you will respect the policies, procedures, and leadership structure of GHNCM.

However, it is important to understand:

GHNCM does not take ownership of your local church.

The network exists as a fellowship of pastors, senior leaders, and ministries designed to encourage and strengthen the Body of Christ.

Local churches remain responsible for their own governance and operations according to their own bylaws.

Communication and Accountability

It is expected that Covenant Partners maintain open communication with leadership.

If concerns or issues arise, partners are encouraged to speak directly with Bishop Mackey first, allowing the Word of God and biblical wisdom to guide resolution.

Likewise, if a leader finds themselves in difficulty or error, they should communicate openly with leadership so that correction and support can take place with integrity and accountability.
